I’m a public relations student from Canada with a passion for living a simple and healthy lifestyle. I love food and believe in eating healthy, real foods that fuel your body. My goal is to achieve wellness through a healthy body, mind, and spirit. I believe in balance and eating foods that promote a healthy body. I don’t believe in counting calories and obsessing over diets and weight loss fads. Instead, I focus on eating whole, plant-based foods. I created Live Simply Healthy to share my recipes and tips for living a healthy lifestyle.
All of my recipes are naturally dairy free and gluten free. Most of my recipes are also plant-based and refined sugar-free. All of my recipes are always simple to make and never require a bunch of ingredients you’ve never seen before. My recipes are made with natural ingredients to create simple and healthy meals and sweets. By using all natural ingredients, you can create deliciously healthy meals without added preservatives, chemicals, and refined sugars. Each recipe is designed to fuel your body with the wholesome, natural foods your body needs to be healthy.
