Clementine Mango Smoothie

Simple and refreshing Clementine Mango Smoothie!
  • ¾ cup fresh clementine juice (4 clementines) *
  • 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • ⅓ ripe banana, frozen **
  • ½ tablespoon hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  1. Freshly juice 4 clementines to produce approximately ¾ fresh clementine juice. Add fresh juice to a blender along with mango chunks, banana, hemp hearts, and soy milk.
  2. Blend until fully smoothe. Serve immediately.
* If you do not have a juice press, you can easily make fresh clementine juice with basic kitchen tools. I blend four clementines in my blender, then quickly strain them through a fine sieve. You will be left with approximately ¾ cup of fresh clementine juice.

** I peel and slice my ripe bananas into thirds, and then freeze them in a container for quick and easy use. This way I can easily grab chunks of frozen banana and add them to my smoothies.
