dates

water

oats
GF if necessary
1/4
slivered almonds

tablespoons
ground flax
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
cup
sunflower seeds
1/4
cup
coconut chips
or shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Pour water over the dates to soak for 5 minutes while you prepare the dry ingredients.
Add the oats, slivered almonds, ground flax, cinnamon, and sunflower seeds to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Blend the soaking dates with the water until completely smooth. Pour the smooth date paste over the dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
Crumble the granola mixture over your prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy.
Let cool, then add the coconut chips.
Store in the fridge.
