Healthy Overnight Chia Oats

Creamy and delicious Overnight Chia Oats!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 3/4 cup nut milk I use soy milk for added protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a glass jar or container and stir until fully combined.
  • Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  • Remove from the fridge and stir. Add additional nut milk to thin the mixture if desired.
  • Serve with berries and nut butter.
