Healthy Overnight Chia Oats

Creamy and delicious Overnight Chia Oats!

Total Time 5 minutes mins
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 3/4 cup nut milk I use soy milk for added protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Add all ingredients to a glass jar or container and stir until fully combined.
Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Remove from the fridge and stir. Add additional nut milk to thin the mixture if desired.
Serve with berries and nut butter.
