cobs of fresh corn
cooked and kernels removed
Two 540 ml cans of black beans
washed and drained

yellow bell pepper
cubed

chopped fresh cilantro
Juice from 1/2 of a lime

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
cumin powder

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
onion powder
Instructions
Add fresh corn, black beans, yellow bell pepper, and fresh cilantro to a large bowl.
Add the fresh lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
