3 Ingredient Healthy Vegan 'Cheese'

Healthy and quick Vegan Cheese made with 3 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup of mixed cashews and almonds skins removed
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add mixed cashews and almonds, nutritional yeast, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  • Pulse until all ingredients are combined and finely ground. Store in the fridge for up to a few weeks.

Notes

This recipe makes a small batch but can be easily multiplied if you're serving more people or would like to make more in advance for later use.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a couple weeks.
